Treatment

Please use the scheduling calendar below to schedule your appointment.

Scheduling: The easiest and fastest way to book an appointment is to use the scheduling system below. This saves time and allows for you to sync it with your personal calendar. It is strongly advised to complete the online intake form on a PC computer or laptop. Please DO NOT complete it on a mobile device. If you would also like to be added to the waitlist, please send me a separate email indicating your request. I will contact you via text or email message should a cancellation become available, which will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Preparation: For optimal results please shower or soak prior to your appointment. DO NOT apply any lotions or oils to your body or face. Working on a clean surface will allow for better traction and deeper work which oils and lotions will prevent. MFR/MAT/MLD are most effective when we can sink into the deeper layers of constricted ground substance that is dehydrated. It is encouraged not to eat a heavy meal or load up on fluids just before your treatment, as the work can be quite deep, specifically in the thorasic/abdominal/upper leg regions. In addition, for better lasting results, have your workout already completed for the day prior to your appointment allowing for the benefits of the bodywork to absorb into the tissue without it snapping back to its default patterns.

Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment for any reason, please give us the courtesy of cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment time. This will allow other clients on the waitlist the opportunity to take the appointment. You will receive two reminders prior to the appointment should you need to cancel or reschedule. The cost of the entire treatment will be charged for cancellations after the 48 hour notice, same day cancellations or no-shows. To reschedule/cancel an appointment, either use the reschedule/cancel link at the bottom of the appointment confirmation/reminder email you received, or contact me directly.

Payment: I accept Cash/Check (preferred), Credit Card (processing fee applied). Gratuities are not expected or accepted.
